In <a href=\"https:\/\/for.org.pl\/en\/publications\/for-reports\/rule-of-law-in-poland-2020-the-rule-of-law-crisis-in-the-time-of-the-covid-19-pandemic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Part 3<\/a> FOR described how the COVID-19 pandemic negatively affected the situation and posed new risks to the rule of law.
